Normal Delivery Duration:

USA Orders — 2-4 Weeks
Canada Orders — 3-5 Weeks
Australia Orders — 3-5 Weeks
Europe Orders — 3-6 Weeks
Other Countries — 3-6 Weeks

ADVISORY: During this COVID-19 pandemic, shipments on our end are processing normally as usual. However, there may be possible delays within local post offices (or in between transit cities). Shipments may experience delays due to social distancing and safety measures. These are our best estimates based on customer experiences and information from our shipping couriers. 

We want to get your package to you as fast as possible, but delays are possible which are out of our control. Typically a package may be held at the customs for international orders before they can release it to your local post office. 

Please do not panic if the package does not show up immediately, it’s on its way!

Please, don't take advantage of small businesses. Small businesses are the backbone of our country. Thank you for your purchase, your trust, and your honesty... now, our attorney wants us to include formal language below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns for change of mind and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. In regards to our $5, $7 or $10 Warehouse Promos (wherein we sell items at manufacturer prices to get rid of stocks), we do not allow refunds or returns.

Returns & Exchanges ONLY Accepted If Products Meet Following Criteria:

  • Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
    • If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We will require photo evidence of this via email to shopwallypals@gmail.com
    • For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 7 days of order delivery. 
  • Not As Described
    • If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description. We will honor a return for a full refund or exchange for a different item.
  • Product Lost in Transit
    • If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! The one condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure their address is correct.

We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us at our Fulfillment & Trading Office in China. We do not cover return postage feesOnce received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive back exactly what you paid for the product and nothing more as we offer free shipping. 

IF YOU HAVE GIVEN WRONG ADDRESS...

We cannot change the address once the product is already with the shipping company. Any address, whether sufficient or insufficient, that you have placed while ordering is FINAL, since it is already directly sent to the shipping company. 

We ship from overseas, so we are not obliged to reship or give refunds due to any wrong addresses given.  Please double check your address before ordering and paying. This includes building numbers, apartment numbers, special instructions, etc.

If the customer needs to retrieve their product after providing the wrong address, they must follow respective procedures to contact the logistics company and their local post office. We are not obliged to give refunds or resend products due to any wrong addresses given. 

 

IF YOU CLAIM THAT THE PRODUCT WAS STOLEN OFF YOUR PORCH or MAILBOX...

If the post office and tracking number claims that the package has been successfully delivered to your exact address provided, we are not obliged to give refunds or reship any products.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

In regards to our $5, $7 or $10 Warehouse Promos (wherein we sell items at manufacturer prices to get rid of stocks), we do not allow refunds or returns.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
